Refund policy

We hope that you will love our products purchased from Narnia Home but should you change your mind or there is an issue with an item, please follow the instructions below, so we can work out a happy solution.

Please remember, that all of our products are handmade and therefore, unique. A certain amount of difference of texture, patterns or colours may occur between similar items, it's only natural.

Right of withdrawal

The buyer is entitled to cancel their order within 14 days of when the item was received. Should you wish to do this, please contact us at hello@narniahome.com and let us know. Please include your full name, date of purchase and address in your email.

It is also the buyers responsibility to ensure the products are safely returned to us at their own cost. Please pack the item securely, in original packaging (if possible) and keep proof of posting or delivery. Once we receive the goods and inspect them, we will issue a refund.

Exchanges, Damages or Defects

Please notify us of any damages or defects as soon as possible at hello@narniahome.com so we can find a prompt solution. We will try to find a replacement or an exchange of this item, otherwise, a discount or full refund will be arranged.
